The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk away from the amazing Edinburgh Playhouse, where we enjoyed a fantastic show. We also loved exploring the Royal Mile, with its charming shops and stunning architecture. The kids especially enjoyed the smart TV, which allowed us to relax and watch our favorite Netflix shows together. My children wanted a sofa bed for sleeping arrangements, but unfortunately, the sofa bed in the room was not functional. It would be great if families with children are ensured a working sofa bed in the future.

We stayed here for 1 night, everything was great, don't miss it, there was a bath in the private bathroom, we truly enjoyed the family vibe of the place and the city.

Loved the spacious living room and location near Avis/budget! Perfect for carrying heavy bags up two and a half stairs and enjoying the overwhelming smell of fabric softener on the linen. So refreshing! 😒

The bedroom curtains were way too effective at letting light in. Blinds? Never heard of 'em.

The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, allowing me to unwind and catch up on my favorite shows after a long day of exploring Edinburgh. With a microwave in the room, I could easily heat up some leftovers or quickly prepare a snack whenever I needed a little pick-me-up.

Personally, I found the room a bit lacking without a mini-fridge. It would have been nice to have a place to store some drinks or snacks.
