The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk away from the amazing Edinburgh Playhouse, where we enjoyed a fantastic show. We also loved exploring the Royal Mile, with its charming shops and stunning architecture. The room itself was spacious and beautifully furnished, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for our family. The kids especially enjoyed the smart TV, which allowed us to relax and watch our favorite Netflix shows together. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like the provided shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. it was a perfect accommodation choice for our family stay in Edinburgh!
My children wanted a sofa bed for sleeping arrangements, but unfortunately, the sofa bed in the room was not functional. It would be great if families with children are ensured a working sofa bed in the future.

Loved the spacious living room and location near Avis/budget! Perfect for carrying heavy bags up two and a half stairs and enjoying the overwhelming smell of fabric softener on the linen. So refreshing! 😒
The bedroom curtains were way too effective at letting light in. Blinds? Never heard of 'em.

The room was absolutely cozy and comfortable, with a private entrance that made me feel like I had my own little haven. I loved having an electric kettle in the room, perfect for those lazy mornings when I just wanted to sip a warm cup of tea without leaving my bed. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, allowing me to unwind and catch up on my favorite shows after a long day of exploring Edinburgh. With a microwave in the room, I could easily heat up some leftovers or quickly prepare a snack whenever I needed a little pick-me-up.
Personally, I found the room a bit lacking without a mini-fridge. It would have been nice to have a place to store some drinks or snacks.

The location of this hotel in the center of Edinburgh is absolutely perfect. It's like being in the heart of a bustling city, where you have access to all the popular attractions and landmarks. I felt like a kid in a candy store, with so many things to see and do just steps away from my room.
Inadequate bedroom security.
